About the Company:
BMS Performance, a renowned global manufacturer of shoe care products, is seeking an experienced sales leader to head up their national sales team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of salespeople and conducting hands-on selling with key customers. With a strong focus on growth, this role involves strategic direction, budget management, and heavy lifting to drive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Conduct sales activities with major clients to maintain and grow relationships
- Implement sales strategies to meet business objectives

- Identify opportunities for business growth and development
About You:
We are looking for a results-driven, highly motivated sales professional with prior experience leading sales teams. An understanding of the retail distribution space and a passion for shoes and sneakers would be advantageous but not essential.
