Senior Business Development Representative

Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Account Manager will play a crucial role in delivering timely service and response to our customers across the NSW region. This role will involve servicing current Buildsafe customers, with an opportunity to expand your portfolio through new acquisitions, while maintaining a strong brand presence and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service satisfaction through understanding and delivering upon customer requirements
* Support the growth of the NSW business through an increase in jobs won
* Manage your own client records and contracts, requiring strong administrative skills
Requirements
To be successful in this key role, you will need:
* Previous experience in building services or construction; candidates with residential construction industry experience will be highly regarded
* Previous experience in an Account Management or Sales capacity, specifically a relationship-based approach to dealing with customers
* Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and foster relationships
* A natural flair and energy for sales, which is self-motivated
* Ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines
* Commercial awareness
