About The Role

The Account Manager will play a crucial role in delivering timely service and response to our customers across the NSW region.

  • This role involves servicing current Buildsafe customers, with an opportunity to expand your portfolio through new acquisitions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service satisfaction through understanding and delivering upon customer requirements.
  • Supporting the growth of the NSW business through an increase in jobs won.
  • Maintaining a strong brand presence and reputation in how you deliver business.
  • Managing your own client records and contracts, requiring strong administrative skills.

Qualifications

To be successful in this key role, we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in building services or construction; candidates with residential construction industry experience will be highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in an Account Management or Sales capacity, specifically a relationship-based approach to dealing with customers.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and foster relationships.
  • A natural flair and energy for sales, which is self-motivated.
  • Ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness.
