Job Description:

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering deep connections with customers. Your expertise in ICT and Telco sales will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business plus and SMB customer needs. They will be skilled in identifying and qualifying leads, as well as managing inbound and outbound customer sales and service contracts.

  • Develop and maintain account plans to drive relationship development and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to identify and qualify leads.
  • Manage customer relationships to support ongoing development and achieve revenue objectives.

Key qualifications for this role include a minimum 2 years' experience in ICT or Telco sales, a strong knowledge of how channels work, and excellent communication skills.
