About the Role

As a Retail Consultant, you'll assist our customers with the selection of bathroom + kitchen products. This involves supporting builders and homeowners as they navigate the renovation journey. A passion for helping people is a must.

What You Can Expect

  • Handle over the counter retail trade sales and customer quotes, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles
  • Embracing the Reece values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member
  • Provide advice on a large range of leading Australian and international brands
  • Build relationships with retail & account customers both instore and onsite

Skills and Experience

  • No industry experience required
  • Customer service experience is essential, along with confidence, initiative & enthusiasm
  • On the job training and the opportunity to move along the Reece Career Pipeline
  • Clean full drivers' licence and some general computer and system skills
  • Team player, with exceptional safety awareness
