Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Account Manager, responsible for driving growth, strengthening customer relationships and delivering innovative building solutions across the region.

About The Role

As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will help them navigate the complexities of construction with confidence and clarity. You will work closely with builders, contractors and internal teams to uncover opportunities, deliver value and exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Deliver on sales targets and expand the portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with builders and contractors to drive repeat business and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Pricing & Contracts: Manage pricing approvals, credit terms and customer contracts including renewals and rebates.
  • Market Insight: Track competitor activity and develop growth strategies with key customers to stay ahead of the market.
  • CRM & Reporting: Use CRM to manage pipelines and customer data effectively to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on goals and share market insights to drive collective success.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience in business development or account management.
  • Background in the building industry or technical sales is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable engaging with the technical aspects of construction.
  • Strong understanding of market segments, channels and competitive landscapes.
  • Experience working with installation sub-contractors and related services.
  • Ability to generate market insights and present compelling cases for change.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
