The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled State Sales Manager to join our team in Victoria and Tasmania. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of sales professionals, as well as establishing operational foundations that will drive business growth and success.

This is a critical leadership role that requires a strong track record of success in sales management or account management within the licensed space. You will need to demonstrate commercial acumen, strategic planning skills, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to execute strategic initiatives and deliver key performance metrics
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth and success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
