Colour Consultation and Customer Service Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Colour Consultation and Customer Service Consultant.

About the Opportunity:

This role involves booking colour consultations with customers in Australia and New Zealand, liaising with designers to provide expert advice on paint products, and assisting account holders with loyalty and rewards queries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Booking Colour Consultations for customers in Australia and New Zealand
  • Liaising with Designers to provide expert advice on paint products
  • Assisting Account Holders with Loyalty and Rewards Queries in Australia and New Zealand
  • Booking courses with the Training Academy in Australia and New Zealand
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to support ad-hoc duties
  • Updating and managing CRM systems with customer details
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and make a real impact

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience (face-to-face or over the phone)
  • Knowledge of Consumer Rights and Complaints Handling Processes
  • Confidence with Computers and Technology
  • Paint Knowledge or a Passion for the DIY Industry
