About the Role
  • Assist customers with their colour selection needs, providing expert guidance and advice
  • Liaise with customers to plan and schedule selection meetings, ensuring seamless communication
  • Maintain and update centre documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency
  • Process counter sales, handling customer transactions with precision
  • Ensure Centre collateral and product displays are current and available, showcasing our products in the best possible light
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role (Residential Homes an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Computer literate knowledge of MS Office software, with proficiency in data entry
  • Data Entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring error-free work
  • Ability to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with ease
