Job Description:

As a Design and Colour Consultant, you will experience a diverse role. This position involves developing trusted relationships with both retail and trade clients, providing design and colour advice and offering a consultative approach to service.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure customers are delighted and excited about their experience while achieving the team sales targets.

Key activities include generating sales, ensuring success by providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately, conducting follow-ups with customers and maintaining the overall store appearance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in retail sales or related industry experience
  • Merchandising experience
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving
  • Good rapport-building and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technology savvy and administrative skills
