Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our NSW Print Production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and supporting Colour and B&W print equipment and ancillary products with associated software and services solutions.

\

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and/or network, IT and technical knowledge/understanding, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. They will also possess excellent organisation and time management skills, a Driver's License and Working with Children Check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and support Colour and B&W print equipment and ancillary products with associated software and services solutions\
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through on-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipment\
  • Work autonomously while maintaining contact with the team to ensure workload consistency and transparency\

Requirements:
