Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to Executive General Managers and their teams
  • Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and other business activities
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders
  • Support new employee onboarding and systems setup
  • Process expenses, invoices, and purchasing orders
