Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and drive the transformation of our operational functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to take on a challenging role and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prioritise and manage the day-to-day functions of the production and assembly departments.
  • Ensure all production and assembly related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Ensure safe work practices are followed.
  • Contribute to the Executive Team and provide strategic input.
  • Devise, implement and drive a Quality Assurance programme within all areas of responsibility.
  • Devise, implement and drive a Continuous Improvement programme within all areas of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Professionally qualified in engineering or a related field with at least 10 years rich experience of manufacturing operations.
  • Able to transform the operational functions of a manufacturing business to the next level.
  • Driven to consistently achieve/exceed targets & KPIs.
  • Skilled in and committed to the principles of Lean.
  • Able to effectively and pragmatically prioritise.
  • Able to motivate and inspire others.
  • Highly developed personal coping mechanisms & problem solving skills.
