Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior HR Business Partner to join our organization. This is a unique opportunity for a transformative leader to drive strategic and operational HR outcomes that align with our business goals and people strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, performance management, talent planning, and HR analytics. They will be able to partner with and influence senior leaders, providing pragmatic advice and coaching through change, conflict, and organizational transformation.

This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior HR generalist role, with at least 5 years in a HR business partnering capacity. Proven experience in enterprise agreement negotiations and strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices and legislation compliance within a large organization are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic and operational HR outcomes that align with our business goals and people strategy
  • Partner with leaders to design and deliver HR and workplace strategies that align with our objectives
  • Lead and support enterprise agreement negotiations within client groups
  • Advise and coach leaders on proactive team performance management, employee development, succession planning, and attraction, retention, and talent management initiatives
  • Manage HR data analytics and reporting to measure success and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a senior HR generalist role, at least 5 years in a HR business partnering capacity
