Transformation Leader

The role of the Transformation Leader is to drive meaningful change across technology, information, processes, and people. As a strategic thinker with a passion for driving transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping long-term, sustainable improvements.

You will collaborate with specialists across disciplines to deliver transformation initiatives that unlock real value and support strategic outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in bringing business needs to life through clear, actionable outcomes and technical specifications.

  • Develop future state models, including operating models, workflows, and process maps, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform gap analyses between current and future states to support strategic decision-making and transformation planning.
  • Contribute to business case development by supporting cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and value propositions.

About You:

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with experience navigating complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse, and document business requirements, process improvements, and the impact of change.
  • Skilled in process mapping, redesign, and modelling across diverse business functions within large organisations.

Eligibility:
