We are looking for a visionary IT leader to shape the future of our organisation.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager. The successful candidate will have the scope to elevate the IT function within the business, driving key company initiatives from planning through to delivery.

  • Oversee the smooth running of IT operations, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
  • Drive digital transformation projects, mapping out how our IT strategy tracks against company goals.
  • Lead, coach and develop a small customer-centric IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage risk, cyber security, and compliance.

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has led an IT team in a complex environment, preferably in defence.
  • Is equally comfortable setting strategy and getting hands-on, prioritising forward planning and influencing at every level.
  • Has strong expertise across IT operations, infrastructure management, and cyber security.
  • Is an Australian citizen (eligible for NV1/2 clearance).
