IT Integration Specialist

As an IT Middleware Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting innovative technology solutions and optimizing workflow for customers across Australia and New Zealand. Your expertise will drive growth, identify key projects, provide technical support, and analyze customer infrastructure to deliver seamless IT system integration.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales and installation growth of middleware solutions in the designated regions.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to promote IT connectivity solutions and manage key projects.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for existing installed analyzers and new projects interfacing with other information systems.
- Analyze customer IT infrastructure and provide required support for installing and operating Radiometer IT systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal and external customers.
- Monitor and maintain all installed IT systems to ensure they remain connected and operational.
- At least 5 years of experience providing technical support for complex systems in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
- Proficiency in installation and technical support of virtual servers, Windows-based software products, and network fundamentals.
- Knowledge of SQL management studio and stored procedures.
- Experience with HL7 and ASTM messaging protocols.
- Scripting language skills, such as JavaScript or PowerShell.
