Job Title: ICT Infrastructure Specialist

This role is focused on the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems and solutions.

  • Responsibilities include managing and configuring network parameters and firewall settings for standalone devices such as laptops and mobile devices.
  • Provisioning of mobile devices used for tactical operations, including configuration, installation, and hardening of Standard Operating Environments (SOE).
  • Ability to provide ICT services on-site and remotely, including occasional travel to customer sites.
  • Technical troubleshooting including Help Desk Support services – e.g. application/hardware faults, network communication.
  • Software support services – installation of software and firmware patches.

Key Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux/Android operating systems, Virtual Machines, network servers, security hardening/management, firewalls, batch files/scripts for process automation.
  • Demonstrated experience in ICT administration, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
  • Experience in development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and experience.
