**Job Description**:
Our **TEAM LEAD - NETWORKS & CYBERSECURITY SERVICES **is responsible for execution and team management throughout the life cycle of focused consulting engagements with our valued customers across Australia and New Zealand. The team lead will be reporting to the Manager - Network CoE (Asia Pacific) based out of Singapore.

The **TEAM LEAD - NETWORKS & CYBERSECURITY SERVICES** will manage a team of diverse highly skilled engineers and consultants while also executing on individual projects. Mentoring skills are critical in ensuring that all team members are successful in completing their assigned Assessment, Audit, Design, and Implementation projects within Network, Security, Virtualization, and Wireless areas of expertise. These projects will be specific to enabling a Connected Enterprise by connecting the Industrial Internet of Things.

- Experience in reviewing documentation associated with Assessments, Audits, Design, and Implementation projects to provide recommendations against industry standards
- ‘Hands-on’ experience in designing and deploying Networking, Virtualization, Security, and Wireless solutions within process automation and/or discrete controls environments
- Solid technical skills with IT/OT Converged architectures, specifically around assessment, design and implementation of complex systems.
- Experience in developing and deploying solutions in a virtual environment.
- Design, implement and support customer’s converged business and manufacturing/industrial systems and user needs in parallel with their overall business strategies.
- Write detailed documentation that could include user needs, system specifications, observed issues with remediation recommendations or implementation requirements in order to develop or modify manufacturing infrastructure.
- Able to work with remote team members and stakeholders.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology or related technology driven degree with 10+ years of experience.
- Strong domain knowledge in cybersecurity preferably in the OT environment.
- Team based mentoring skills within a highly dynamic environment that promotes strong growth within its members
- Extensive hands-on experience configuring IT/OT equipment (Cisco Switches, Cisco Firewalls, Virtual Server Environments, Anti-Virus Software, etc.)
- Previous experience working as part of a large, multi-disciplinary team completing full project life-cycle implementations.
- Travel Requirements - Flexibility for travel 25% - 50% is required and can include both domestic and international trips.
- In depth understanding of IT/OT Network Infrastructure and related architectures.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Previous team management experience
- Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), VMWare, Cybersecurity related certifications (GICSP, CISSP or equivalent)
- Extensive design and implementation experience in the Operations Technology (OT) space
- Experience with Rockwell Automation Software / Programming packages
