Job Title

The Workplace Rehabilitation Provider role is a key position in our organization.

This individual will be responsible for assessing rehabilitation needs, developing return to work plans and liaising with medical practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess injured employees for rehabilitation programs to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Design and manage return to work programs that cater to the unique needs of each employee.
  • Provide expert advice on occupational rehabilitation and injury management to drive best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and standards to maintain high levels of quality and safety.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology are essential for success in this role.
  • Membership of relevant professional associations demonstrates a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in occupational rehabilitation is required to meet the demands of this position.
  • Excellent communication skills are vital for building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving successful outcomes.
