The role of an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist is to support individuals in their recovery and return to work and life following injury or illness.
About the Job:- Assist with the rehabilitation process, focusing on a person's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored case management plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive results for clients.
- Be an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist with relevant professional membership.
- Have a genuine passion for occupational rehabilitation and a desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
- Hold current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and a positive approach.
