Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Description:

  • Provide professional support to individuals recovering from injury or illness, with a focus on their return to work and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and case management services to drive positive outcomes for clients.
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to promote recovery and independence.
  • Maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to facilitate client progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Rehabilitation Counsellor/ Psychologist (with relevant professional membership).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
