">We are seeking an experienced and passionate rehabilitation professional to join our team. As a key member of our occupational rehabilitation services, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals to recover from injury or illness and return to their pre-injury employment.
">- Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios;
- Support individuals to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge;
- Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
- Assist with the recovery and return to work of injured individuals;
- Conduct a range of assessment and case management services;
- Support individuals to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment;
- Develop and implement effective case plans to achieve positive outcomes for clients;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services;
- Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements.
- Rehabilitation Counsellor (with full ASORC) or Psychologist (with provisional or full AHPRA);
- Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation;
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach;
