Job Title:

Strategic Patient Access Manager

The role involves leading the development and implementation of strategies to manage patient intake and demand across Sydney Dental Hospital and Oral Health Services.

This is a challenging position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects, providing subject matter expert advice, and liaising with high-level stakeholders.

  • Ability to apply the Ministry of Health NSW Health Oral Access Policy and Waiting List Management policy, including current knowledge of elective surgery waitlist management best practice, trends, and barriers.
  • Sound experience managing a team to achieve service goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Proven experience and ability in the management of multiple projects, including program design, implementation, change management, and benefits realisation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
