Job Opportunity: Patient Intake and Demand Unit Manager

The Sydney Local Health District is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Intake and Demand Manager to lead the management of patient intake and demand across various health services.

This key role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve patient flow and demand management, collaborating with senior executives, clinicians, and administrative staff to provide subject matter expert advice and reporting.

Responsibilities include overseeing the ongoing management and coordination of department activities and initiatives, providing support and direction to team members as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to apply the Ministry of Health NSW Health Oral Access Policy and Waiting List Management policy.
