Job Title:

Intake and Demand Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our Patient Intake and Demand Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational management, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, experience in supervision and mentoring, and a strong understanding of patient waitlist management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day operational management of the Patient Intake and Demand Unit
  • Supervision and management of staff within the service

Requirements:

  • Experience in supervision, mentoring and training of staff
  • Demonstrated dedication to service excellence and accountability
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills in a customer service environment
