This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional, preferably with Intake experience.
Reporting to the Admissions Manager, you will work closely with Psychiatrists, GP'S and other external referrers, ensuring compliance and effective risk management processes.
This role is a fundamental part of our patient's journey, as it oversees the first point of contact.
It is essential that all enquires are met with a professional, compassionate and timely response.Skills and ExperienceCurrent registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse/Allied HealthMinimum two (2) years' post-graduate experienceExperience in mental health intake services preferredPost-graduate qualifications in mental health highly regardedAvailability to work across a rotating 7-day rosterExcellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as requiredProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong customer service approach.What's in it for you?
