
Sales and Customer Relationship Specialist

Our organisation is seeking a sales professional to assume the role of Account Growth Manager. This position involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers, driving sales expansion, and collaborating closely with our team and stakeholders.
This is a mid-senior level opportunity that presents a chance for career progression and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage a business strategy focused on account growth and acquisition in assigned territories.
- Conduct market research and analysis to refine business plans and meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Develop strategic account plans for key clients, ensuring effective communication with the wider team.
- Collaborate with the marketing department and solution owners to drive business growth in assigned sales territories.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of customer industries and government agencies.
- Lead large-scale tendering processes and proposal development.
- Independently and collaboratively devise solutions to complex deal challenges.
- Manage the overall commercial and contractual relationship for engagements.
- Identify new opportunities for Line of Business offerings outside current goals and facilitate engagement with peers to optimize successful sales.
- Proven track record of growing existing and new business, meeting or exceeding business objectives and targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships, preferably with experience in the Public Sector.
- Ability to influence customers to adopt and consume products, or quick learning capacity.
- Understanding of complex modelling options or ability to quickly learn.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain vendor relationships.
- Essential business development experience.
