About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Account Director to lead our research and insights team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing complex quantitative and mixed-methodology projects, delivering strategic insights that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a wide range of quantitative and mixed-methodology projects, immersing yourself in clients' businesses to break down complex challenges and devise tailored research plans.
  • Develop and deliver strategic insights that drive business growth, transforming data into compelling stories that resonate with clients.
  • Build and grow trusted client partnerships, leveraging your expertise to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.

About You:

  • 6+ years of experience in quantitative market research in a top-flight consultancy.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute ad-hoc and tracking projects with precision and accuracy.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to bring insights to life and communicate complex ideas in a compelling way.
  • Experience building and growing trusted client relationships.
