About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our quantitative research efforts in Melbourne. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and reporting on projects that drive business impact for our clients.
As a trusted client partner, you will work closely with clients and our team to understand their business issues and goals, and develop solutions that enable bold decision-making. You will be responsible for translating complex findings into impactful insights and strategies that drive commercial success.
About You- You have fine-tuned expertise in research, marketing, statistical analysis, psychology, or social science fields.
- You are source-agnostic and comfortable formulating insight and strategy from a wide variety of inputs.
- You have around 6+ years of experience in a commercial or agency environment.
- You are a big thinker, able to connect the dots and take interpretative leaps to put forward ideas that break convention.
- You are passionate about delivering high-quality work and have excellent knowledge of insights covering a range of topics.
- You develop a deep understanding of the organizations you work with and are confident to challenge client perspectives and briefs.
- You build long-lasting relationships that deliver the best value to both parties.
- You feel at home both behind the tools and in the boardroom.
- You innovatively and creatively find solutions and are open to new ideas.
- You are team-focused and will encourage, train, and develop others and share knowledge/expertise company-wide.
- You set an example and are a leader within your own work and with clients.
