Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Business Partner.

This is a key leadership role responsible for providing strategic advice and support to the organization in delivering people processes across the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading critical P&C initiatives, managing escalations, and providing expert advice on employee relations and ER/IR matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Lead key P&C projects and organizational transformation initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience in P&C leadership roles with expertise in workplace relations, performance management, leadership coaching, reward, and talent acquisition.
  • A proven track record in building and leading high-performing P&C teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
