About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Finance Analyst to support our fleet management operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and decision support to ensure the efficient management of our fleet. You will work closely with our global fleet management team to develop and implement financial plans, track performance against strategic goals, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with the Global Fleet Management team to provide financial analysis and decision support across the function.
- Critically assess major operating and capital expenditure against budgets and alternatives, challenging business managers to deliver cost-effective appropriate expenditure.
- Support the end of month process to ensure timely submission as per Group requirements.
- Track performance against strategic goals, business plans, and budgets and work with the team to develop programs, initiatives, and actions to deliver targets.
- Process mapping and standardizing processes and procedures.
- Monitoring data integrity and promoting continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- CA or CPA qualified or on the way to completing.
- 3 years' experience, with previous roles as a finance analyst.
- Strong desire to demonstrate initiative and ownership of tasks.
- Continuous Improvement mindset with a strong ability to manage and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
