About the Role

This position involves providing administrative assistance for the management of stock and disposal of vehicles to meet or exceed client requirements.

The role entails processing returned assets from arrival through to completion of sale within the Disposal Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform physical vehicle checks, including climbing in and out of vehicles to record condition details.
  • Relocate vehicles within the warehouse and move them when necessary, as well as administer all vehicles in stock.
  • Follow up on driver purchase/sales enquiries nationwide and process them accurately according to applicable laws.
  • Ensure end-of-lease transportation is organized and coordinated with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complete physical vehicle checks, including recording unfair wear and tear details and administration of documentation for all vehicles in stock.
  • Manage stock of returned leased and client-owned assets.
  • Prepare vehicles for tender process, including updating registration plates and presenting vehicles for display.
  • Provide SAP support during heavy volumes or absences within the team.
  • Assist the Trade Advantage team with loading vehicles into Miles and other tasks as directed.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to build/maintain strong relationships.
  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Engage with internal/external suppliers and customers.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Proficient data entry skills with emphasis on accuracy and speed.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
