About the Role

This position provides administration support for the management of stock and disposal of vehicles. Responsibilities include processing returned assets, conducting physical vehicle checks and relocating vehicles within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complete physical vehicle checks and record details of any unfair wear and tear.
  • Relocate vehicles and manage their administration, including updating registration plates.
  • Ensure all driver purchase/sales enquiries are followed up and processed accurately.
  • Assist with end of lease transportation and prepare vehicles for tender process.
  • Provide SAP support during periods of high volume or team absences.
  • Support the Trade Advantage team with loading vehicles into Miles and other tasks.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a customer service role with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Administrative experience with data entry skills, particularly accuracy and speed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Professional customer service skills with a focus on courtesy.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 based on location and experience.
