Job Description:

As a Superannuation Member Experience Consultant, you will deliver exceptional service to our members by providing tailored solutions and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage account openings, term deposit openings, terminations, amendments, closures and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Upload Delta files daily to DEMi.
  • Stay updated on superannuation legislative requirements and industry changes.
  • Log and register member dissatisfaction and complaints into TriLine.
About You:
  • RG 146 Tier 2 in superannuation is required, Tier 1 preferred.
  • Sound understanding of the superannuation and financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of the legislative requirements and policies that underpin Superannuation operations.
  • Passionate about delivering customer service excellence.
  • Excellent written, communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail supporting high levels of compliance.
  • Minimum 2 years in financial services, banking or contact centre roles.
  • Experience in providing General Product Advice in Superannuation, managed investments or investment products.
