Senior Superannuation Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced senior legal professional to support our financial services division for a 12-month period.
About the Position:
In this challenging role, you will provide expert advice on product development, regulatory matters, transactions, and day-to-day legal needs of the business. Reporting to the General Counsel & Head of Compliance, your extensive superannuation expertise will shape the company's legal function.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team in shaping the superannuation legal function* Advise on product development, regulatory matters, transactions, and day-to-day legal needs of the business* Work closely with senior management and boards in financial services
Key Qualifications:
* Senior level with extensive superannuation experience from a top/mid-tier law firm* Deep knowledge of superannuation legislation, compliance, and governance* Proven experience working with senior management and boards in financial services* Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills* Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
