What You Will Do- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the claims process through quality assurance
- Identify and implement process improvements, including communication enhancements and ongoing development of Claims Administrators and Specialists
This position is crucial in maintaining the expertise of Claims Administrators and Specialists, ultimately contributing to a positive experience for members and their beneficiaries during challenging times, while adhering to regulatory requirements.
What You Will Bring- Experience in a claims role within the personal insurance/superannuation industry with a minimum of 2 years
- Background in a fast-paced customer/client services team, e.g. contact or service centres
- Understanding of the regulatory and compliance framework for financial services
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to verbally communicate effectively virtually and face to face
- Ability to work in an agile, dynamic environment with ability to make decisions that drive exceptional customer outcomes
