Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled financial professional to manage our accounts payable and receivable processes.
Main Responsibilities:- Process high-volume invoicing
- Prepare and mail merge PDF invoices
- Reconcile customer payments against invoices
This role requires strong data processing skills, manual data entry expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be working closely with the Financial Controller to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in Excel and its advanced features
- Experience in working with large datasets and manual data processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your technical skills to drive business growth and efficiency.
You will work directly with the Financial Controller to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that benefit the organization.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, which will involve reconciling customer payments and invoices.
