Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to payment processing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing new processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Coordinating payment runs and ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Archiving digital documents using Companion software
- Managing progress stage-claims and debt control
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Databuild or similar construction software
- Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software
