We are seeking a skilled Customer Banking Specialist Relief to join our team at eFinancialCareers Ltd. in a permanent part-time capacity. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients across various branches.
Key Responsibilities- Provide relieving support to our branches, requiring travel to various locations.
- Engage in in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice.
- Support customers with inquiries, cash handling, transactional services, account maintenance, and credit product applications.
- Conduct financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Offer personalized solutions to customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
- Problem-solve and provide effective solutions while upholding our risk-adverse culture.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
- The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and prioritize customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commercial environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
