About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Banking Specialist Relief to join our team at EFinancialCareers Ltd. in a permanent part-time capacity. As a key member of our Retail Banking Services team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients across a cluster of branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide relieving support to our branches, requiring travel to various locations.
- Engage in in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice.
- Support customers with inquiries, cash handling, transactional services, account maintenance, and credit product applications.
- Conduct Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Offer personalized solutions and education on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
- Problem-solve and provide effective solutions while upholding our risk-adverse culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
- The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and prioritize customer needs.
