The Role

This position will oversee our holistic advice department, leading both on-site and remote teams.

  • Leadership & Development: Train and mentor client services professionals while fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Clinet Experience Enhancement: Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, gather feedback, and tailor services to client needs.
  • Workflow Optimisation: Develop and streamline client workflows, ensuring smooth onboarding and proactive issue resolution.

Your skills include:

  • Experienced Leader: 5+ years in client services with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Clinet-Focused: Strong relationship management skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Problem-Solver: Analytical thinker with the ability to optimise workflows and improve efficiency.
