Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and caring Front of House Manager to join our thriving practice. Our integrative medicine clinic in Perth's western suburbs specialises in women's health, fertility, and children's health.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the first point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and online.
  • Manage all aspects of client care including bookings, payments, records, and results.
  • Support practitioners with administrative and organisational tasks.
  • Liaise confidently with health professionals and a broad range of clients.
Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior receptionist or front-of-house role.
