Overview

Client Service Manager (CSM) role based in Osborne Park, WA. You will manage an established portfolio of clients within WA, focusing on exceptional service, strong relationships, and opportunities for cross-selling. This position is part of NCI, Australia's leading Trade Credit Insurance Broker.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of service and renewal targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular face-to-face meetings across Perth and, occasionally, regional WA.
  • Respond to client enquiries with timely, expert advice on NCI's products and services.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to support client understanding and engagement.
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and insurers, effectively advocating on behalf of clients.
  • Assess client needs and risk profiles to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio, aligning additional NCI services to client needs.

Comprehensive training and a detailed handover will be provided, along with a vehicle or car allowance to support client visits.

About You
  • Experience in a client service or customer retention role, ideally within the insurance/finance sector or a related field.
  • The ability to build strong, professional relationships.
  • Confidence working in a business-to-business environment, with the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of insurance and/or trade credit (highly desirable).
  • Strong organisational skills and self-motivation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
