Senior Client Manager

To excel in this position, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients and contributing to the growth of the Global & Corporate portfolio. Key responsibilities include management of key stakeholder relationships, enhancing the client experience, working closely with colleagues and senior management to develop client servicing solutions, identifying revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolio, and keeping clients informed of emerging trends, market updates and new products.

About the Role
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Portfolio Growth: Contribute to the growth of the Global & Corporate portfolio by identifying revenue enhancement opportunities and developing effective strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Manage administrative responsibilities through accurate, efficient and timely responses to day-to-day queries and policy documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Client Servicing Solutions: Work closely with colleagues and senior management to develop effective client servicing solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Identify revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolio and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed of emerging trends, market updates and new products, ensuring they have the knowledge and expertise needed to make informed decisions.
