Job Title: Client Service Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the wider trust management team and contribute to delivering exceptional client service.

The role of Client Service Manager is focused on ensuring clients receive a high-quality service in the management of their trust accounts.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the needs and circumstances of clients so that their requirements are effectively managed.
  • Monitor and manage the portfolio of accounts and ensure awareness of compliance matters, including regulatory requirements, risk management, and governance procedures.
  • Ensure trust accounts are administered in accordance with governing documents, legislation, and company policies on a profitable and commercial basis.
  • Collaborate with specialist teams to support the delivery of services and enhance the client experience, including advisers, investment specialists, tax specialists, property, and operations teams.
  • Seek input from senior members of the team and specialists to resolve complex matters in a timely manner.
About You:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a trustee, financial services, or legal environment.
  • Experience working in a client-centric business environment.
  • Knowledge of fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Understanding of risk and compliance obligations in a financial services environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships, administer trust accounts, monitor compliance, and collaborate with specialist teams to deliver exceptional client service.

Required Skills: Experience in a trustee or financial services environment, knowledge of fiduciary responsibilities, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
