Job Description:

As a Training Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development of technical experts across our network.

You will lead a team of Program Leads and Technical Trainers, overseeing the design and delivery of technical development programs that meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and industry alignment.

With broad influence, you will build partnerships with industry regulators, education providers, and other stakeholders to ensure our training programs continue to set the benchmark for technical training across the sector.

Key responsibilities include leading and inspiring a diverse team, collaborating with regulatory bodies, driving cultural uplift through continuous improvement, and ensuring all training is high-quality and compliant.
