You'll be our key technical expert, taking on a leading role in a dynamic environment with at least 4 years of commercial development experience. Your key responsibilities include:
- Refactoring and enhancing our existing Java application to integrate Large and Small Language Models and ML components.
- Leading technical decision-making and contributing directly to the design, implementation, and deployment of new functionalities.
- Experimenting with state-of-the-art AI/ML frameworks and technologies.
- Proactively suggesting and implementing innovative solutions and approaches.
Ideal qualifications include:
- At least 4 years of solid commercial Java development experience, ideally with frameworks such as Spring or similar.
- Familiarity with Python and eagerness to expand your skills.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in Language Models, NLP, or Machine Learning.
- Desire to take ownership and thrive in a smaller, impact-driven team environment.
