Requirements

  • A degree in a technical discipline
  • Experience in the insurance or finance industry preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data / business intelligence technology
  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience with people management
  • Strong knowledge of IT concepts, frameworks, and strategies
  • Ability to propose end-to-end BI design
  • Experience in SQL Server database development, data warehousing, and administration
  • Strong data modeling skills
  • Ability to design and build reporting solutions and data visualization
  • Advanced data analysis experience
  • Ability to prepare data for analytics
