About The Opportunity

">

We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Solicitor to join our small, tight-knit team. Your responsibilities will include:

">

- Working closely with senior solicitors, associate solicitors and paralegals
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of costs and fees
- Handling claims for unlawful detention, excessive force, and more
- Working on personal injury and discrimination, amongst other areas
- Drafting court documents and correspondence

This role is primarily office-based with flexible hybrid options available.

About You

">

You will need to have:

">

- 1-3 years PQE (Ideally in Civil Litigation or similar field)
- Experience working with disadvantaged groups and individuals

You will also have:

- A respectful and non-judgmental attitude
- A commitment to upholding clients' rights and dignity
- Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and ability to work both independently and in a team
- An eye for detail, strategic thinking, and a trauma-informed approach to client management
